Return

We have a 30-day policy for returns. They will have to be in their original condition, undamaged, unused, and with the complete seal still on. We will help you get the product back to us, and we will refund you for the purchase, except for the shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at brand-support@vivere.io. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
